Dealer Support is an industry-leading magazine for resellers and dealers in the UK and Ireland, so it’s a pleasure to be featured.

The article, which you can read here, tells the story of BTS and our support and ‘guiding hand’ attitude to customers’ needs, which is something we’re extremely proud of. As David and Geoff explain, it’s understanding our customers that makes us successful; we take the time to understand what our clients do and what they want from their business before anything else.
