eCopy PDF Pro Office is an intelligent MFP desktop software companion. This intuitive PDF tool enables you to create, convert and collaborate with ease, whilst offering lower costs and greater productivity. The cost of this highly effective solution is also significantly lower than its key rivals.

This software enables you to make new PDFs with a single click using TWAIN, ISIS or WIA scanners. It also locates words automatically in your scanned document and marks them with black out lines, crosses them out or underscores them – as required.

eCopy PDF Pro office gives you the power to:

  • Capture hard copies from your copier or scanner
  • Scan documents with your network copier and send them straight to eCopy PDF Pro Office
  • Save the captured documents as completely secure and searchable PDF files
  • The software connects directly to the eCopy ShareScan Inbox
  • Formulate high-speed, onramp-to-document workflows
  • Send scans from any network scanner to the Scan Inbox
  • Browse and select pages from a given source document (in eg. JPG, BMP or TIF XPS, Word, WordPerfect, Excel or PowerPoint) – for insert into a target document. 
  • Organise and rearrange pages easily by dragging and dropping
  • Make documents in a secure, searchable, commonly used file format
  • Merge documents from numerous storage devices/locations
  • Flatten document data into one layer. 
  • For enhanced document security you can make objects permanent in your file – including text mark-ups, stamps, annotations, graphics and filled form fields
  • Highly accurate table and Microsoft Excel spread sheet conversions; enables multipage table/spread sheet to be converted to single Excel document. 
  • Open PDFs straight into Word, Excel or PowerPoint as completely editable documents
