Documents can be scanned in colour and send securely as an instant PDF through Canon i send technology to mailboxes or folders on the local network, making backup simple and effective. The integrated E-maintenance feature continuously monitors the system to ensure functionality and in the event of a fault, will send an automated alert to a service technician.

Canon i Send is one of the innovative software features that compliment the Canon iR3225N. The optional Canon Uniflow software delivers prudent cost control technology, allowing you to control output departmentally and ensure workflow is orchestrated in the most cost effective way possible.
